Privacy Policy
What we collect, why and what you can ask us to do with it.
[[PRIVACY_REVIEW]] This policy is a plain-language draft and must be reviewed before launch.
What we collect
When you use a form we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, timeline, towns of interest, reason for moving, message and your consent choice. We also record the page you sent it from and the time. When you ask for the relocation checklist we collect your email address.
How we use it
To answer your question, to send the checklist and to introduce you to a licensed Connecticut real estate agent if you ask for one. If you agree in the form, we and that agent may contact you by phone, text or email about your move. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
The licensed Connecticut agent you are introduced to and the services we use to receive and store form submissions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. The live site at liveloveworkconnecticut.com can use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, clicks on our get-matched buttons and successful form submissions. It records the page and which button was used, not what you type into a form. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies when it runs; preview copies of the site never load it.
Analytics status at launch: TO VERIFY (whether the measurement ID is set and whether a consent notice is needed for your visitors).
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it to answer you or complete the introduction, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of email using the unsubscribe link. Email [[KIRBY_EMAIL]].
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. We limit access to the people who need it to answer you or make the introduction you asked for. We ask the services we use to protect it in the same way. No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the site.
Spam protection
Our forms include hidden fields that help us filter automated spam. They do not track you across other sites.
Children
The site is meant for adults planning a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when anything changes and note the date below.
