If you ask for help, we introduce you to a licensed Connecticut real estate agent. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial, insurance or real estate advice and reading it does not create any client or agency relationship.
Accuracy
We cite a source for every figure and update pages when sources change, but figures can go out of date. Items marked "to verify" have not been fully checked. Confirm anything important with the original source or a qualified professional.
Calculators
The calculators turn the numbers you enter into estimates. They are not quotes, appraisals, tax bills or settlement statements.

We link to government agencies, transit operators and publications so you can check our sources. We are not responsible for their content.
